Unittool Punch & Die Co., Inc. designs and manufactures a full line of punching and notching equipment, including C‑frame holders, punch guides, punches and dies. The standard punch range covers diameters from 0.93 in to 5 in, while custom units capable of 12 in punches are also offered. A variety of mounting components are supplied, such as bed rails, ram plates for presses, stops, bed‑rail spacers, punch and die shims, fasteners (nuts, bolts, washers), tee‑slotted plates, templates, base plates and feed rails. These tools are applied in cluster units, hole‑punching of formed parts, multi‑punch and notch stations, and in the production of specialty aluminum extrusions.
