Cap & Seal LP designs and manufactures custom metal closures and gasket systems serving the aerosol, refrigerant, liquid‑candle and various other markets. Its product portfolio comprises aerosol mounting cups, metal can accessories, pressure‑relief discs, both flowed‑in and cut‑rubber gaskets, laminated and coated closures, specialty threaded closures, and wick holders for liquid candles. The company works with laminated and epoxy‑coated tin‑plate, coated TFS and aluminum substrates. Production capabilities feature high‑speed progressive draw‑die stamping that can achieve rates of up to 1,200 parts per minute, as well as thread‑rolling and cut‑gasket assembly operations. Cap & Seal LP also provides in‑house prototyping that spans concept development through to full‑scale production, together with product redesign services.
