Industrial Screen & Maintenance manufactures custom polyurethane components, a broad array of screens and a full line of strainers. The screen portfolio covers bird‑cone, pump, conical, crushing, sifting, filtration, disk, in‑line, irrigation, pressure‑equipment, shaker, trash‑catcher, V‑wire, hook and Y‑strainer replacement designs. Strainer offerings include basket, cone, duplex, witch’s‑hat, wye, tee, pipe and temporary configurations. All parts are fabricated from materials such as stainless steel, low‑carbon steel, high‑carbon steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, titanium, silver, platinum and polyester. Additional products available are liners, pipeline pigs, drifts, pump impellers, rods, bars, centralizers, guide rollers, stabilizers, shafts, bearings and pads. The company’s production capabilities encompass CNC turning, milling, prototyping, welding, molding, drilling, tapping, threading and cutting operations. Supporting services comprise mold design, mold repair, testing, reverse engineering, failure analysis, rebuilding, inspection and phosphate coating. Industrial Screen & Maintenance can accommodate production runs from single‑piece prototypes to large‑volume batches. The operation is API registered and all manufacturing is performed in the United States.
