Hard Chrome Specialists, Inc. delivers hard chrome plating, grinding and polishing services using a 1500‑gallon plating tank, numerically‑controlled cylindrical grinders, dedicated polishing equipment and a 10‑ton overhead crane. The facility can plate components up to 24 inches in diameter and 27 feet in length, handling both large and small parts with flash‑to‑high‑deposit capability. It supports prototype work, as well as low‑volume and high‑volume production runs, and maintains an in‑house conforming‑anode fabrication shop together with a laboratory that monitors plating chemistry. Available metal‑finish coatings include industrial hard chrome, high‑phosphorus electroless nickel, mid‑phosphorus electroless nickel, low‑phosphorus electroless nickel, electropolish and passivation. The operation emphasizes rapid turnaround for all projects.
