Dubuque Stamping & Mfg. Inc. manufactures precision metal stampings and is certified to QS 9000 and ISO 9001:2008 standards. Its product portfolio includes clamps, brackets, hardened and thrust washers, flanges, rocker arms, weld assemblies, and parts produced with progressive dies. The shop is equipped to stamp material ranging from 100 ton to 800 ton presses, handling sheet thicknesses between 0.030 in. and 0.625 in.; coil feeding accommodates coils from 0.375 in. to 0.500 in. The facility offers salt‑bath heat treating, Blanchard and double‑disc surface grinding, resistance welding, vertical machining, tumbling, vibratory deburring, and finishing operations such as zinc‑iron phosphate coating. Additional capabilities comprise tapping, boring, final assembly, and coordinate‑measuring‑machine inspection.
