J&J Machine & Repair Shop, Inc provides custom manufacturing services that include metal prototyping, tool making, metal fabrication, and comprehensive machining and machinery repair and rebuild projects. The shop creates mechanical drawings tailored to client specifications with AutoCADD CAD software. Its capabilities cover milling and drilling as well as lathe operations for both small and large workpieces, handling diameters up to 36 inches and a 22‑inch distance between centers. J&J’s lathe and turning equipment processes metal, wood and plastic, while its CNC machining and milling stations work with aluminum, steel, copper, castings, wood and various plastics. Additional offerings include welding, production of small parts, pipe cutting and threading, plasma cutting, and shearing of metal and plastics. The facility also provides breaking and bending services for aluminum, copper and steel using a 90‑ton iron worker, and it performs cutting and sawing for short or large production runs with just‑in‑time delivery options.
