JM Mold South, Inc designs and builds tooling for the plastic injection molding and zinc/aluminum die‑casting sectors. It also provides custom part design, complex mechanical assemblies, and automated equipment solutions. The engineering department relies on fully associative 3‑dimensional solid‑modeling CAD/CAM software to create precise tooling. A dedicated repair division services existing molds and dies with capacities up to 20,000 lb. Mold‑making capabilities include extrusion blow, thermoplastic and thermoset injection, compression molding, structural foam, vacuum forming, thermoforming, and the production of custom parts.
