Cooley Wire Products Manufacturing Co. custom‑manufactures heat‑resistant baskets and woven wire cloth for furnace applications. The company’s standard joining method is pressure welding, though MIG welding is also offered when required. Stock material options include SS330 stainless steel and Inconel 600, and a range of standard widths and lengths is available to suit various furnace configurations. In addition to basket production, Cooley designs and fabricates specialty fixtures and operates a loom capable of weaving wire cloth to customer‑specified dimensions. Standard mesh specifications are 4 mm 0.80 mm (approximately 0.17 in. opening) and 2 mm 1.20 mm (approximately 0.38 in. opening), and the firm also supplies space cloth.
