Forged Products, Inc. provides custom manufacturing of a broad array of forgings and forged components and holds ISO 9001:2008 certification. The company produces bar, shaft, block, disc, mandrel, cylinder and blank forgings from alloys, carbon steel, stainless steel and other steel grades. Open-die, closed-die and extrusion forging processes are employed to create items such as bearings, barrels, drilling components, valve bodies, cable drums, couplings, cups, spindles, pistons, pins and rollers. Additional capabilities include machining, finishing, heat treating, blast cleaning and nondestructive and mechanical testing. Contract forging services are available to customers in aerospace, agricultural, chemical, construction, industrial, heavy-equipment, mining, nuclear, oil/gas, petrochemical and power-generation markets. All products meet military specifications and conform to ANSI, ASTM, ASME, API and AMS standards.
