Buckeye Metals Industries manufactures and distributes custom stampings, dies and fixtures, producing every component in‑house with punch presses that range from 5 to 200 tons and the auxiliary equipment required to meet tight tolerance specifications. The company can handle material widths from 0.500 in. to 26 in. and sheet thicknesses between 0.010 in. and 0.300 in., working with a broad portfolio of ferrous and non‑ferrous metals such as hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum. CNC machining resources are available to perform all secondary processes, which include drilling, countersinking, riveting, counterboring, reaming, tapping, spot welding, painting, assembling, deburring, detailed machining, plating and heat treating.
