Sonford Samplers, Inc. designs and manufactures fully programmable, automated composite samplers that incorporate refrigeration for use in industrial waste and municipal sewage settings. The devices employ a flow‑through, dipper‑style architecture intended for permanent installation, delivering a hands‑off sampling solution. Operators can select from time‑based, flow‑based, sequence, demand, or direct PLC communication methods to trigger sample collection. All models are constructed from stainless steel and are offered in configurations suitable for both standard and hazardous environments. Options support one, two, or three separate waste streams, each equipped with its own pneumatically driven sampling arm. The built‑in refrigeration system is fan‑cooled, and an integrated thermostat maintains temperatures between 1 °C and 7 °C.
