Short Run Swiss manufactures custom thermocouple contacts, hermetic contacts, assembled contacts, connector components and complete connectors. The firm’s production suite includes heat treating, hooding, slotting, material‑ID stamping, plating, clipping, crimping and customer‑logo stamping. It supplies connector parts sized to 3/8 inch diameter or smaller, such as bushings, sleeves, housings, terminals and shells. Materials processed encompass Chromel®, Alumel®, iron, constantan, Kovar®, titanium, PTFE, stainless steel, copper, brass, molybdenum, 52 alloy, Inconel®, Monel®, cold‑rolled steel and Hastelloy®. All products meet MIL‑I‑45308A, MIL‑STD‑45662A, MIL‑Q‑9858A and MIL‑STD‑105 requirements, and the company operates under ISO‑compliant quality systems with statistical process control capabilities. Contacts are fabricated in accordance with MIL‑C‑39029. Short Run Swiss accommodates orders ranging from small prototypes to large production runs.
