F & S Tool & Gauge Co. designs and manufactures prototype and production stamping dies, water‑cooled fixtures for plastic extrusion, and a complete line of extrusion tooling and injection molds. On the plastics side, the company provides design, construction and refurbishment of extrusion tooling, extrusion dies, profile dies, injection molds, trim and degating fixtures, screw tips, barrel adapters and screen adapters. The service portfolio extends to CAD and CAM engineering, 3‑axis CNC milling, 4‑axis wire EDM capable of 16.8‑inch lengths and 30‑degree tapers, submersed cutting, wire EDM ranging from .004‑inch to .013‑inch wire, CNC EDM, conventional EDM, EDM tapping, tap removal, CMM inspection and surface grinding.
