Sunpol Resins & Polymers manufactures a broad range of alkyds, polymers, hydrocarbon resins and related specialty chemicals. Its resin lineup includes standard alkyd resins, high‑solids formulations, water‑reducible alkyd resins and dedicated alkyd ink vehicles. The hydrocarbon resin portfolio comprises hydrocarbon‑modified drying oils and rosin‑ester based grades. Designed for high‑solids, low‑VOC architectural coatings, the alkyds also serve water‑reducible industrial enamels and heat‑set ink vehicle applications. These resins enable protective coatings on houses and decks that resist weathering and ultraviolet exposure, and they can be formulated into inks and coatings for a wide variety of substrates. Hydrocarbon resins find use in fertilizer pellet coatings, pipe coating systems and heat‑set ink formulations. In addition, Sunpol offers hydrocarbon‑modified linseed and soybean drying oils for specialized applications.
