Gasoline‑powered test pumps intended for water‑main or large‑scale applications produce up to 600 gph and are capable of 400 psi maximum pressure, while gasoline hydrostatic pumps can achieve pressures of 3,500 psi. Air‑driven hydrostatic testers also reach 3,500 psi, and the ultra‑high‑power air units are offered in lightweight configurations rated at 6,000 psi and 10,000 psi with low‑volume output.
