The Artus Corporation manufactures precision shims, shim stock, gaskets, slitter tooling, and motor‑mount shims on a custom basis. Its slitter tooling portfolio comprises plastic shims, alloy‑steel knives, spacers, and overarm components such as separator discs. Shims are supplied in brass, stainless steel, cold‑rolled 1010 low‑carbon steel, as well as color‑coded aluminum and plastic. Gasket options include vegetable‑fiber, cork, and asbestos‑substitute materials. Stainless‑steel and low‑carbon‑steel parts are produced with laser‑based technology, and the company also provides polypropylene tapes.
