Cold Headed Fasteners, Inc. produces both standard and custom fasteners, studs, screws and straight pins. Its product line covers a wide range of fastener types such as special, auto‑fed, weld, metric, threaded and non‑threaded, as well as shoulder fasteners. The stud portfolio includes arc‑threaded weld studs, collar studs, shoulder studs, full‑thread and partial‑thread studs, and capacitor discharge weld studs that are offered in flanged, mini‑flanged or non‑flanged versions, together with continental and metric studs. Materials employed span alloys, carbon steel, mild steel, 300‑grade and 400‑grade stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, bronze, high‑carbon and low‑carbon steel, and 625‑grade Inconel®. Manufacturing capabilities encompass heat treating, plating, cold heading, threading, thread rolling, slotting, cleaning, deburring, gas‑arc welding, drawn‑arc welding, trimming, prototyping, shaving and roll forming. All products are manufactured in the United States.
