Midland Manufacturing Company produces brass, bronze and aluminum castings using a range of processes that include automated green‑sand, no‑bake, cope‑and‑drag, floor molds, loose‑pattern and squeezer techniques. The facility can handle casting weights from 4 oz up to 400 lb, with automated flasks sized 16 × 20 × 18 in and no‑bake molds measuring 48 × 48 × 48 in, suitable for both short‑run and larger‑volume production. Typical applications cover flanges, pumps, valve bodies, gear blanks, architectural restoration pieces, plaques and impellers, and the material portfolio features NiAlBrz, manganese bronze, tin bronze, aluminum, red brass and the lead‑free EcoBrass® alloy. Midland also offers a suite of custom services such as spectrographic analysis, nondestructive testing, metal certification, CNC finishing, hardness testing, vacuum impregnation, powder coating, turnkey tooling design, heat treating, and 3D modeling, among others. Kanban inventory management is available to support customer supply chains. All castings and components are manufactured in the United States.
