SB Boron Corp. manufactures, refines, and distributes elemental amorphous boron powder and holds ISO 9001:2000 certification. The product portfolio includes four primary grades: SB 86 (purity 86‑88 %), SB 90 (purity 90‑92 %), SB 95 (purity 95‑97 %), and SB 2000, which serves as a refractory additive for carbon‑based refractories. In addition, the company offers STOPOX, a refractory additive that combines a metal alloy with specially prepared boron‑magnesium. These materials are employed in a range of applications such as airbags, igniters, pyrotechnic devices, military systems, refractory formulations, and welding and brazing fluxes.
