Bar‑sto Precision Machine manufactures auto‑pistol barrels that are machined from solid stainless‑steel bar stock. The material undergoes a heat‑treatment process that raises its tensile strength to 180,000 psi before machining begins. In Bar‑sto’s own facility, each barrel is turned, bored and rifled entirely in‑house, ensuring full control over dimensional tolerances and surface finish. Every barrel produced features a consistent rate of twist of 1 T.
