Quality Quartz manufactures and supplies Clear‑Strate™ fused quartz products for a broad spectrum of markets, including fiber‑optic, investment casting, semiconductor, biomedical and lighting applications. Customers may request any size or shape, and Quality Quartz can cut quartz to precise specifications. Grinding, lapping and polishing operations are available for a wide range of quartz and glass dimensions, grades and finishes, from ground and grit finishes to optical‑quality surfaces. Starting material is sourced free of bubbles, striations and other defects, and can be supplied either by the customer or by Quality Quartz itself. A dedicated custom‑service operation supports the production of fused quartz cores for aerospace and commercial investment‑casting sectors, delivering intricate parts and durable components that match exact customer configurations. The firm fabricates hollow race‑track shapes, hollow geometric profiles and other complex geometries. Quality Quartz is also a supplier of G.E. type 214 fused quartz rod and tubing in numerous standard sizes, and it can reshape these rods and tubes to meet specified lengths and profiles. Additional capabilities include grinding, drilling, splicing, beading, bending, notching and threading to fully customize rods and tubes according to client requirements.
