JLO Metal Products, Inc. provides precision fabrication of extruded, forged and formed aluminum components. The company’s core capabilities include forward, reverse and combination impact extrusion, as well as cold forging and cold forming. It can process parts with a minimum wall thickness of 0.010 in., diameters ranging from 0.5 in. to 5 in., and single‑hit extruded lengths up to 12 in., while maintaining a general tolerance of ±0.005 in. Production is offered for both prototype pieces and moderate to high volume runs, using 1000‑series and 6000‑series aluminum alloys. Additional services such as drawing, CNC turning, CNC milling, punching and heat treating are available to complement the primary fabrication.
