D.M. Semiconductor Co., Inc. designs and manufactures custom and standard clean‑room enclosures. Its product line includes desiccator cabinets and tape‑and‑reel desiccator cabinets offered in a range of adjustable‑shelf models and configurations. Desiccators can be configured with up to ten doors and are available with or without plenum walls. Tape‑and‑reel desiccators are supplied in several sizes, featuring single‑ or double‑tier designs for 5‑inch to 7.5‑inch reel storage and for 14‑inch reel storage, with a maximum capacity of 20 reels per chamber. Optional accessories comprise ½‑inch trays, 2‑inch trays, bottom trays and stands, all fabricated from clear acrylic, clear acrylic coated with a static‑dissipative layer, static‑dissipative sheet material, or stainless steel in various dimensions. Additional cabinet options include grounding per chamber, keyed door locks, gas fittings, pressure‑relief valves, flow meters and conductive locking casters. Every cabinet can be finished with a static‑dissipative coating to eliminate ESD and can be built to specific customer specifications. The company also offers glove boxes and benchtop exhaust hoods, and provides services such as custom design, fabrication, branding and testing.
