CCT Tapes produces single‑coated, double‑coated and unsupported adhesive tapes, foam mounting tapes, and specialty coated films. The company also offers custom coating, bonding, slitting, laminating, and adhesive testing services to manufacturers, converters, and wide‑web users. Its adhesive solutions are applied to a broad range of substrates, including abrasives, fabric, felt, medical devices, photo‑mounting media, plastics, rubber, specialty labels, polyether, polyester, neoprene, sponge, EPDM, cross‑linked polyethylene, cork, PVC foam, sponge laminations, HVAC components, automotive seats, dash assemblies, decorative items, packaging parts, and abrasive disk pads. The adhesives are formulated to be pressure‑sensitive, temperature‑resistant, repositionable, and capable of adhering to irregular surfaces. Testing capabilities are ISO 17025 certified and cover peel, probe/loop tack, liner release, shear and hot shear, TMI caliper gauge measurements, densitometry, as well as environmental humidity and temperature exposure assessments. All products meet UL listing requirements.
