The operation, which is minority owned, processes a broad spectrum of materials—including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, tungsten, foam, rubber, plastic, glass, wood, stone, granite, rock, and other composites—on a 6 ft × 12 ft water‑jet table that operates at 60,000 psi. Cutting tolerances are maintained within ±0.005 in., and the process avoids distortion or heat‑affected zones, handling workpieces up to 8 in. thick. Customers may submit custom designs in formats such as DXF, DWG, EPS, AI, among others. In addition to cutting, the company offers flat‑part bending using a 143‑ton down‑pressure press, capable of bending lengths up to 127 in.
