Colortone provides commercial screen‑printing services that cover decals and labels in pressure‑sensitive, static‑cling, clear and chrome Mylar® formats, as well as on styrene and vinyl plastics. A four‑color process is employed to produce items such as buttons, magnets, large‑format banners and 5 × 12 color‑in‑line puzzles. The company also offers an extensive range of printing trade capabilities, including die‑cutting, embossing, foil stamping, film laminating, point‑of‑purchase displays, mounting, easels, counter cards, mobiles, UV coating, remoistenable glue, scratch‑and‑sniff, gluing, taping, grommets, eyelets, assembly, card decks and PMC die‑cutting. Scratch‑off games and temporary tattoos are manufactured, and combo runs can be managed from pre‑press preparation through bindery, prize mixing and the application of silver, gold or black scratch‑off finishes. For high‑security applications, Colortone delivers specialized packaging equipped with automatic seeding.
