Manner Plating, Inc. delivers industrial finishing services and holds ISO 9001:2008 certification. The firm’s process portfolio includes zinc electroplating, a range of chromate coating options, and stainless‑steel passivation. RoHS‑compliant trivalent chromate coatings are offered in clear, yellow and black, while a hexavalent yellow variant is also available. Substrate coverage spans carbon steel, heat‑treated steel, high‑tensile steel and zinc die‑castings, with dedicated passivation for stainless steel components. Additional treatments such as baking for high‑tensile parts and a sealer designed for salt‑spray resistance are provided. Thickness tolerances can be controlled between 0.1 in. and 0.5 in., and the facility is equipped to measure and maintain these limits. Parts up to 3 ft 6 in. in length and weighing as much as 35 lb. can be processed. Service applications extend to engineered components, agricultural machinery, fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws, etc.), medical devices, aerospace hardware, display units, shop fittings, hydraulic tubing, automotive parts, refrigeration equipment, food‑industry parts, flame arrestors and other sectors.
