Extreme Molding LLC manufactures and molds custom components for the life‑sciences, medical‑device, biotech, laboratory and pharmaceutical sectors. The company’s silicone molding portfolio includes liquid silicone rubber (LIM® and LSR) as well as heat‑cured rubber (HCE). Its fluoropolymer capabilities cover PTFE, FEP, PFA and specialty grades from DuPont and Daikin. In the fluoroelastomer segment, Extreme Molding LLC processes Shin‑Etsu Sifel® and fluorosilicone rubber. The thermoplastic elastomer line spans the full spectrum from gel‑type compounds to rigid materials. All plastics used are FDA‑approved and meet Class 6 sterilization standards, with common polymers such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) available.
