Springfield Spring designs and manufactures precision‑engineered mechanical spring components. Its product portfolio covers a range of springs, air‑filter holding frame clips, brackets and wire forms, and it offers both custom and standard items. The spring lineup includes extension, torsion, compression and magazine varieties. Production capabilities span four‑slide stamping, CNC machining, fabrication, bending, forming, coining, swaging and chamfering. The company works with a broad spectrum of materials such as beryllium copper, brass, carbon steel, chrome vanadium, cold rolled steel, high‑temperature alloys, high‑tensile music wire, Inconel®, phosphor bronze, pre‑galvanized coated wire, stainless steel, tempered martensite and additional alloys. Value‑added services feature contract assembly and finishing. Customers operate in sectors that include aerospace, automotive, electronics, industrial controls, instrumentation, lawn and garden tools, lighting, medical devices, military hardware, musical instruments, surgical instruments, telecommunications, toys and related markets. The facility applies Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies, complies with ANSI, ASTM and Mil‑Spec requirements, and meets RoHS, REACH and DFARS regulations.
