The D.S. Brown Engineered Rubber Products Division provides vertically integrated manufacturing of custom‑mixed rubber compounds available in black and a range of colors. It supplies a portfolio that includes polychloroprene (neoprene), EPDM, SBR, natural rubber and NBR polymers, and can also produce a variety of MIL‑SPEC compounds. The division operates its own rubber extrusion and molding facilities, featuring several extrusion lines equipped for continuous curing as well as autoclave curing processes. More than 20 rubber molding presses are available, each capable of handling molds up to a 70 in. × 80 in. footprint. Additional machining capabilities encompass plasma cutting, water‑jet cutting and a programmable router table.
