Rave Gears manufactures custom gears and shafts using alloy‑steel alloys. The product catalog includes spiral bevel, hypoid, Zerol®, spur, helical, right‑angle, miter, circular, internal, external and spline gears. Production capabilities span 3‑ to 9‑axis CNC milling, lathe turning and wire electrical discharge machining, while gear hobbing and shaping are also offered. Customers can obtain both prototype parts and full production runs, with optional dot‑peen or laser marking and grinding applied as needed. Additional services comprise dynamic balancing, reverse‑engineering, nondestructive testing and inspection. Rave Gears supplies the aerospace, military, automotive, oil and gas sectors.
