Kelvion PHE Systems designs, manufactures and provides support for an extensive portfolio of plate heat exchangers, encompassing plate‑and‑frame units, gasketed models, fully welded, semi‑welded, and brazed configurations, and serves customers throughout North, Central and South America. Its equipment is deployed across a broad spectrum of industries—including power generation, HVAC, refrigeration, hydronic systems, sugar processing, pulp and paper, chemical production, marine vessels, food processing, ethanol manufacturing, and oil and gas operations—where it fulfills roles such as steam handling, intermediate cooling, air drying, heat‑pump integration, condensation, evaporation, sub‑cooling, desuperheating, oil cooling, solvent chilling, wastewater temperature control, beer cooling, pasteurization and fermenter cooling. The core of each exchanger is the heat‑transfer plate, offered in multiple designs: narrow‑gap plates that maximize thermal efficiency and “Free Flow” plates that provide unobstructed channels for highly viscous fluids or media containing particles and fibers. Plate‑and‑frame units are available with stainless‑steel frames for hygienic and sanitary applications, as well as painted frames suited to industrial, energy and marine environments. Brazed plate exchangers are hermetically sealed without gaskets, employing copper or nickel alloys to withstand elevated temperatures and pressures. All products comply with major safety and quality standards, holding ASME U‑Stamp, UL, CRN and PED certifications
