Electron Beam Fusion Corp. provides electron beam welding services for steel, aluminum, nickel, Monel®, Hastelloy®, stainless steel and titanium, as well as dissimilar and exotic metal combinations. The process produces welds from 0.003 in. to 1.25 in. deep without the need for filler metals, supporting sectors such as electronics, manufacturing, robotics, food and beverage, mining, automotive, agriculture and machine‑tool production. The company operates seven electron beam welding units, each housed in vacuum chambers that can accommodate workpieces up to 36 in. × 36 in. × 52 in. in size.
