Derrick Co. delivers comprehensive metal heat treating, abrasive sandblasting, spray painting and industrial metal finishing services throughout the United States and Canada. The plant can accommodate parts as light as 50 lb and is optimized for medium to industrial‑size components ranging from 1,000 lb up to and beyond 100,000 lb. It processes a wide array of materials, including steel, various alloys, weldments, fabrications, castings, pressure vessels and other heavy‑equipment components. Heat‑treating capabilities encompass annealing, stress relieving, normalizing, and both still, forced‑air and water quenching. In addition, the facility offers sand, wheel and shot blasting or blast cleaning followed by painting. Materials that can be heat treated comprise stainless and carbon steel, gray and ductile iron, Hastelloy®, Inconel® and aluminum.
