Coiling Technologies, Inc. designs and manufactures custom springs using a broad alloy portfolio that includes Inconel®, Monel®, Elgiloy®, Hastelloy®, chrome‑silicon, chrome‑vanadium, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze, stainless steel, titanium and carbon‑based alloys. The product line covers compression, extension, suspension, torsion, wave, wire‑form, die and disc springs, and the firm offers both single‑point and dual‑point coiling processes. Spring dimensions can reach a 2.5‑inch material diameter, a 24‑inch outer diameter and a length of up to 72 inches. Additional capabilities comprise prototyping, cold coiling, shot peening and wire forming. Typical applications range from actuators and valves to pipe hangers, vehicle suspension systems, snow‑plow equipment, playground structures and other recreational gear. Customers span the automotive, military, construction, agricultural, mining, oil and gas sectors, and all production is performed in the United States.
