Technical Plating Inc. provides metal‑finishing services for machinery, plates and components used in electronic, medical and general manufacturing applications. The company offers a broad portfolio of coating processes, including bright acid tin applied in barrel and rack configurations in accordance with MIL‑T‑10727 type I, as well as reel‑to‑reel matte tin for soldering applications that also meets MIL‑T‑10727 type I. It can apply 60/40 tin‑lead finishes, and matte tin coatings on reel‑to‑reel, barrel and rack lines per MIL‑P‑80728. Acid copper treatments are available on barrel and rack equipment following MIL‑C‑14550, while electroless nickel is supplied for barrel, rack and basket applications under MIL‑C‑26074. Chemical conversion coatings are offered for barrel, rack and basket processes in compliance with MIL‑C‑5541, and passivation services for rack and basket parts meet the QQ‑P‑35C specification for medical and surgical devices. Additionally, the firm performs aqueous degreasing on rack and basket items. Technical Plating Inc. accommodates both low‑volume and high‑volume production runs.
