En‑BeaM delivers electron‑beam machining solutions, offering high‑speed hole drilling that can reach up to 2,000 holes per second. The process maintains hole‑size repeatability within ±0.001 mm, positional accuracy of ±0.0005 mm, and depth‑to‑width ratios as high as 25 : 1. In addition to electron‑beam capabilities, the company provides a full suite of laser operations—including welding, drilling, cutting, slotting, marking, engraving, as well as complete fabrication and assembly. Its production floor houses twenty electron‑beam welding machines capable of a maximum penetration of 3.0 mm. En‑BeaM also supports YAG and CO₂ laser applications through a 3,000‑watt Trumpf L2530 flat‑sheet cutting system.
