PCI Machining manufactures cams and provides custom production of special parts, gauges and fixtures associated with cam applications. The product line includes barrel cams up to 60 in. in diameter and face and edge cams up to 27 in. in diameter. CNC and conventional turning capabilities cover workpieces as large as 32 in. × 36 in. and 10 in. × 120 in. respectively. CNC and conventional milling operations can handle envelopes up to 20 in. × 40 in. in size. Conventional surface grinding is available for diameters up to 36 in. or reciprocating dimensions of 12 in. × 24 in. The shop also offers internal and external grinding, fabrication, welding and broaching services. A complete engineering, manufacturing and testing infrastructure supports production to customer specifications, and the organization emphasizes on‑time delivery.
