Dover/TVJ provides comprehensive plating and metal‑finishing solutions, specializing in hard chromium plating for rollers, cylinders and a range of machinery components such as tension‑reel segments, folding boards and guide pins. The company also offers electroforming, polishing and precision grinding services. As a custom manufacturer, Dover/TVJ produces electroformed parts that include optical chambers, mirrors, ducts, molds, mold inserts and other complex geometries. Its electroforming capabilities cover nickel, copper, silver, lead, tin and gold, while it can apply metal cladding to plastic forms, rapid‑prototype parts, ceramic components and sealed wooden shapes. The facility is equipped with vertical tanks up to 12 feet deep and 4 feet in diameter, as well as horizontal tanks measuring up to 27 feet long by 4 feet wide, a nickel bath, engine lathes and overhead continuous polishing belts. Dover/TVJ serves customers in the aerospace, medical, industrial and artwork markets.
