Company record
Elnik Systems designs and builds debinding equipment—both catalytic and solvent types—and one‑step batch sintering furnaces. The furnaces are engineered to handle any metal alloy with any binder, employing laminar gas flow within a refractory or graphite hot zone/retort. This configuration provides uniform gas distribution and thermocouple linearization, enabling temperature control within plus or minus 1 °C of the displayed reading and supporting automatic binder removal. Because debinding and sintering occur in the same chamber, parts do not require repositioning between cycles. Typical uses focus on metal injection molding (MIM) and powder injection molding (PIM), while the equipment also supports processes such as annealing, brazing, ceramic‑to‑metal brazing, degassing, hardening, vacuum heat‑treat, stress‑relieving, tempering, and operation as vacuum or atmosphere ovens. Customers span a broad range of sectors, including powder metallurgy, medical devices, defense and military, aerospace, automotive, dental, watch, fashion and sports, environmental applications, electrical and electronic manufacturing, and precision mechanics. Elnik Systems maintains an in‑house research and development facility to advance its product portfolio and serves both domestic and international markets through a dedicated sales network.
