Jet Rubber Co. manufactures both custom‑and‑standard transfer‑press‑molded and injection‑molded rubber, plastic, and rubber‑bonded‑to‑metal components. Transfer‑press‑molded items are produced up to 24 in. in dimension, while injection‑press‑molded parts can reach a maximum of 30 in. The product portfolio includes grommets, vacuum cups, gaskets, seals, bumpers, mounts, bellows, balls and diaphragms. The company works with a broad range of elastomers such as natural rubber, SBR, nitrile, EPDM, neoprene, silicone, fluoro‑silicone, Viton®, millable polyurethane, butyl, hypalon, acrylic rubber and hydrin. In addition, Jet Rubber Co. fabricates custom and standard swab cups for oil‑ and gas‑field service. Available cup styles comprise Type V, Type Load J, JX and Type H oil‑saver models; the first three are reinforced with metal to retain shape, whereas the Type H oil‑saver cups are produced entirely from rubber.
