Omega Heater Company designs and manufactures both stock and custom industrial electric heaters, thermocouples, temperature controllers and related accessories for plastic, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, packaging and other processing machinery. The product lineup includes ceramic heater bands available in four configurations—standard, insulation plus, super insulation plus and ultra‑thin—as well as domestic and foreign mica heater bands. Additional offerings comprise ceramic and mica strip heaters, channel strip heaters, finned strip heaters, cartridge heaters, and cast aluminum and bronze heaters.
