Polaris Laser Laminations, LLC manufactures laser‑cut laminations for electric motors, generators and transformers, including both stator and rotor components. The company’s laser‑cutting capability covers a broad range of electrical steels and specialty alloys such as M19, M6, cobalt‑iron, nickel‑iron, Hiperco 50, vanadium permendur, Carpenter 49, cold‑rolled motor lamination (CRML), stainless steel, aluminum, copper, Nomex, G‑9, G‑10 and other insulators. Inventory includes M19, M15 and Nomex stock, enabling rapid order fulfillment. Parts can be produced up to five feet by ten feet with precision tolerances of ±0.001 inch. Secondary processes offered include annealing, lamination stacking, TIG welding, laser welding, spot welding, lamination bonding, and the fabrication of spot‑welded or riveted finger‑plate assemblies. Polaris Laser Laminations also provides reverse‑engineering services from existing parts, in‑house C‑5 coating, and refurbishment of previously used laminations.
