Morheat Inc. designs and manufactures both standard and custom heaters, thermocouples, and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) for the plastics and food processing markets. The heater portfolio covers cartridge, band, strip, coil, cable, drum, cast, process, tubular and immersion styles. In addition, the company supplies melt‑pressure transducers, transmitters, extruded rupture disks, digital indicators, temperature controllers, relays, solid or stranded wire, mercury contactors and complete control panels. A full range of accessories is offered, including bayonet adapters, panel jacks, compression fittings, thermowells, ceramic terminals, high‑temperature rings, connectors, tapes, fiberglass sleeves and stainless‑steel armors. Morheat Inc. provides design engineering, assembly, testing and certification services, and operates a lean manufacturing system.
