Fibre Materials Corp. manufactures custom washers and a broad range of related components. The firm holds ISO 9001:2000 certification and produces flat, shoulder, round‑head and machine‑screw washers, as well as gaskets, insulation, discs, seals, inserts, shims, stampings and bushings. Its material portfolio includes Delrin®, canvas‑base phenolics, ethylene propylene diamine monomer, fish paper, fiber boards, glass polyester, Kapton®, kraftpaper, Mylar®, neoprene, Buna N®, nylon, polyester, low‑density polyethylene, high‑density polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone, styrene, PTFE and vinyl. Fabrication capabilities cover thicknesses from 1/64 in. to 1/8 in., internal and outer diameters up to 2 ¼ in., and slitting of 36‑in. rolls down to 0.250 in. width with a tolerance of 0.005 in. All products comply with MIL‑P‑15035C, MIL‑M‑20693A, MIL‑P‑2209A, ASTM‑D‑789 and NEMA standards.
