AJRWeb, Inc. designs and produces both standard and custom oil seals and a broad range of molded rubber sealing products, covering mechanical, piston, rod, hydraulic, pneumatic, static and pressure applications. The seals are engineered for use in engines, brakes, wheels, axles, transmissions, power‑steering systems, bearings, shafts, pumps and gearboxes. Production capabilities encompass compression molding, injection molding and bonding processes. AJRWeb works with an extensive portfolio of materials, including conventional compounds such as nitrile (NBR), ethylene propylene (EPDM/EP), neoprene (CR), fluorocarbon (FKM/VI), silicone (SI), polyacrylate (PA), fluorosilicone (FSI), as well as special compounds, thermoplastic rubber (TPR), PTFE, ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE), polyurethane, steel, stainless steel and nylon. In addition to seals, the company manufactures custom fittings, stampings, rings, gaskets, diaphragms, grommets, various shaped components, impellers, boots, bellows and vibration mounts.
