POBCO, Inc. designs and manufactures conveyor components using engineered plastics and lubricated wood, and supplies a full range of sanitary guide rails. Production methods include precision machining, extrusion and molding, allowing the company to work with more than 25 bearing‑grade and food‑grade plastics that meet the speed and load requirements of diverse applications. The product portfolio covers bearings, rollers, guide rails, chain, belt and channel guides, wear strips (both with and without metal linear supports), wear tapes, snap‑on plastic profiles, leveling foot pads, locking collars, knobs and clamping devices, PET bottle‑neck guides, pillow blocks with sanitary mounts, flange mounts, ratchet handles, skate wheels, sprockets, drag flights, hanger bearings, snap‑idle chain tensioners, trough‑auger conveyor liners, auger screw flight edging, metal‑mounted bearings and AG bearings. POBCO can supply thousands of standard items and also develops custom parts from samples and engineering drawings. Additional capabilities include punching, drilling, plastic fabrication, injection molding, routing and turning.
