OMA - USA - Inc. designs and builds a comprehensive portfolio of braiding and winding machinery used to reinforce rubber, thermoplastic, PTFE and metal‑bellows hoses. The product line covers take‑up and pay‑off systems, horizontal and vertical braiders, spiraling units, both semiautomatic and fully automatic winding machines, pay‑off creels, wrapping and unwrapping equipment, coiling stations, as well as handmade and rigid mandrel hose lines. Spare‑part inventories are maintained to support existing installations. Machines are offered in multiple configurations, sizes and set‑ups, and every standard model or component can be re‑engineered to meet specific customer requirements. OMA - USA - Inc. also provides a full suite of services that includes initial consultation, technical support, equipment installation, commissioning, and trial runs of new machinery. Training programs are available for operators, maintenance personnel and general user education. All equipment complies with EC Regulation 98/37 concerning safety and noise emissions.
