Nu-Tech Roll Forming, Inc. provides both custom‑engineered and off‑the‑shelf roll‑formed metal components. Its fully automated roll‑forming lines can produce an extensive range of shapes, gauges and widths from ferrous as well as non‑ferrous alloys. Integrated in‑line operations add punching, stamping, lancing, notching, embossing and tabbing to the forming process. The standard catalog features channels up to 10 GA, J‑channels in multiple widths, hat sections available in a variety of heights to 12 GA, both punched and un‑punched angles also to 12 GA, and door tracks sized at 2 in. and 3 in. Nu-Tech further supports customers with in‑house design and tooling, curved‑section forming, post‑painting, welding, assembly, section bending and tailored packaging solutions. Its product portfolio serves sectors such as automotive, construction, pulp and paper, transportation, electrical, mining, agriculture, forestry and petrochemicals.
