Everlube Products, a Business Unit of Curtiss‑Wright, manufactures and distributes ISO 9001‑certified dry‑film lubricants and engineered coatings that incorporate polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂), graphite and other lubricating pigments. The portfolio delivers solid‑film lubrication and, in selected formulations, provides electrical insulation, electromagnetic shielding, as well as resistance to corrosion and abrasion. A significant portion of the engineered coatings is designed for substrates where traditional liquid lubricants are unsuitable, and the line also includes MoS₂‑based protective layers, solid‑film lubricants and dry‑film applications. Many of the products are formulated with low volatile organic compound (VOC) content or are water‑based, aligning with environmental considerations. Everlube’s coatings are qualified for a wide range of aerospace components such as aircraft fasteners, pumps and valves, bearings, fuel rings, emergency oxygen systems, hydraulic fittings, seat‑belt mechanisms and turbine blades. The company serves aerospace, automotive, electronics, pump/valve, medical, fastener, plastic‑molding and communications sectors, and offers customization to meet precise customer specifications.
